Hi there,
i had this issue with other Call of Duty games in past (MW2, BO2, MW3…) problem was in pooling rate of mouse in software. It rly depends on mouse you use.
In MW 2019 i use 1000 with no issues, try to set this to 1000 or set it to 125. 125 was solution for previous COD games.
I’ve tried that already, didn’t help. Fixed it in the meantime though, custom tablet driver was the issue.
