Tutorial runs fine , warzone and plunder dont go beyond the first loading screen ( tried the changing the “1” value to “12” in the cfg file in documents method doesnt work at all ) … Anything that works for sure ?

You use MSI Afterburner and RivaTuner ?
I have the same issue. Sometimes the game loads fine, but it happens rarely. Sometimes it shows Disconnected: code HYDRA after failing, sometimes it is just Unable to contact the server

I had this issue, and Googled it… the answer I got didn’t work either. They recommended changing data in the config file. Apparently that works for some people.
For me, restarting my modem and flushing my DNS does the trick. I didn’t know how to do it, but found the info here: https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/82450
I had an issue with the recent patch downloading very slowly, and a moderator in the Blizzard forum for the issue mentioned that a lot of people have the wrong DNS address for downloads.
Some people also mentioned calling their ISP (Internet Service Provider) and giving them the error. They said the ISP fixed it for them. That wasn’t something I wanted to do, or could do (I’m subletting a place and don’t even know who the ISP is).
TL;DR - Restarting my modem, and flushing my DNS (https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/82450) allowed me to fix this problem.
I completely removed graphics driver wit DDU software and reinstalled the shaders and drivers.
this solved the problem and made it run smoother aswell as it did before
