I connected my hunter, I had a disconnection with the following error message (WOW51900319), I click ok, then I reconnect via the button and my character is disconnected directly with the same error. Since you can connect with your other characters, the 1st article is of limited interest aside from providing a link to the WoW Technical Support forum.
The 2nd article is more useful I think… and I think you should try the suggested troubleshooting in the order that it is presented (do not use your character for at least 15 minutes, reset the UI, Scan and Repair, and moving the character)… try to launch a new game with your character after trying each suggestion.
If nothing works, you will need to contact Support with a ticket :

Finally, the WoW Customer Support forum might be useful to you… the Blizzard personnel there aren’t Game Masters, so they might not be able to fix issues such as the one you are encountering, but they can provide some info on other troubleshooting you can attempt and/or provide info on Blizzard policies.

This forum here is for “Players helping Players” support on technical issues (installation/updates, crashes, connection issues) on Legacy Games – very old games such as Diablo II (2000).
WoW (both Retail and Classic) has its own forum and it is best to use it for all issues with that game.
