I am unable to get through 5 minutes of playing DB immortal without it disconnecting from server with an error code of 1016. What is going on and why in the heck have you not managed to correct it? Also, it is beyond comprehension why Blizzard makes it nearly impossible to contact support! Like chasing a monkey trying to screw a football.
I would really like a reason for the disconnections…has been going on for over a month now
