During the live maintenance, all my characters are gone. In the statement issued on the battle.net app, it states:
“Live maintenance will be on sunday, 26th September from 19:30 until 22:30. During this time, players may experience interruptions of service including disconnects, but should be able to log back in.”
That’s fair… But all my chars are gone. What do i do?
I have the same Problem, i got a crash in this game, and when i go to the Charlist all my chars are gone, or vanished…
Same issue here! All chars are dust in the wind, vanished, gone!
This is a complete mess! 
Not only my progression on barb was rolled back like 10 levs, but now all may chars are gone.
Even as we speak, I have to spend my time to write this, instead of playing what I payed for…
Wtf guys, this is outrageous!..
Is anyone having a problem with offline mode and not being able to create a new game? My computer crashed and I had to turn it off and restart and since then my offline character has vanished! When I try making a new character it stops at the loading screen and displays a message “failed to create game” and kicks me back to the menu screen.
I’ve tried reinstalling the game, scanning and repairing files and logging in and out but still my character is gone! Can anyone explain what is going on?
