D2R - It keeps saying that my character is already in a game

Hello Tech Support,

it keeps saying that my Amazon Character is already in a game and that I can’t create or join any other game.
Could you create a button inside D2R that disconnects the character from the server or something so that it knows that the character is not in the game?!
I just came from work and wanted to level, but this problem keeps happening.

Edit1: After creating a new character and trying to create a game or joining a game I get blackscreen.

Please fix it asap.

Hey there,

This is something the Developers are aware of and are working on resolving. As Boubou mentioned, please use the Diablo 2 Resurrected Forums for issues related to that game (this forum is specifically for Classic Games).

We also have an active thread with updates here
