Hi there,

I am playing Diablo 2 Resurrected on PlayStation 5 and cannot seem to find a single multiplayer game (instead new games are created upon searching). I’ve been looking for Hell Baalruns for days now and cannot wrap my head around it. Are there no other players playing at this stage or does the matchmaking supported by Blizzard simply not work appropriately and as it should? This brings me to be actual question: Is Blizzard aware and actively working on a fix? Do you experience the same issues? It really takes away the gaming atmosphere without any other players joining.

This forum is for technical support of the Classic Games, such as the original Diablo II and LoD, StarCraft, etc…

D2R has its own forums here: https://eu.forums.blizzard.com/en/d2r/ but these will be of little use to you unless you also have a D2R PC license.

There are 3 Console forums for D2R, all located on the NA D2R site. Here are the links:

All other forums on the NA region (except for Technical Support for PC) seem to require an active (PC) license for D2R.

Blizzard has posted this note which seem to imply that D2R console players should be able to post in all the D2R forums… but perhaps I misunderstand what Drakuloth meant. Here’s a link to his post:
