the new queue system doesn’t seem to work properly. I would accept to wait in the queue if it would work. But it just doesn’t.
I am constantly thrown into the queue again once it reaches close to 0. Each time I do get a higher number.
Also, I don’t think it is valid to provide a no-service to your customers. We have paid for the game as it was advertised to come along with an ‘online experience’. Instead, it comes along with a nice “frustration experience” that shows everyone that your company is either lacking the technical skills or the will to maintain stable servers.
