D3d not initializing post Windows update

Hi all

I recently updated my Windows 1 preview build and the D3 now won’t start. It keeps telling me that D3D will not initialise. I have tried restarting the PC, scanning and repairing the installation through the app. Nothing helped. Any ideas or help would be appreciated

A few months ago a had a simular issue with other apps and istalments. Turned my computer to a retailer and had it wiped. Fixed
