100 euros + 25 euros for cosmetic and i get endless queued???

I agree, I feel rudely unapreciated as a paying customer. We pay so much and they don’t even appologize for not providing the paid services.

Yep… The botched it. Even solo players are basically online and their infrastructure seems woefully inadequate. What is really grinding my gears is that I spent 100 euros on Diablo IV. My mates got fed up and stopped playing already and I cant play what is basically a solo experience because they can’t support it.
Disconnects, unable to login, the license issue (which is basically the same thing).
Also paid 100 euros plus. Wish I could get it back and avoid it altogether. Worst of all they don’t seem to have added anything much to add longevity. It is the same game. Which is fine as far as it goes but I thought they might add some depth etc.
Though I do like that the graphics are so nice.
