Tonight my D4 update is coming down in Kb/s … So i thought I may have a corrupt install so deleted, now its downloading the full game at less than 10 mb/s. I have 900/900 fibre and steam downloads at full speed. There is no throttling set in battle net app.
Any knows issues tonight ?

getting around 75 MB/s now dl is rocketing.
Well, its up and down but more up so not too bad now. Strange though, as WoW and other games update at full speed and my D4 did prior to last night / today.
