Diablo 2: Cannot create game

It’s been a while since I last played D2, but recently I’ve been feeling I wanted to go back to it.

Except I cant. I go to make a game on bnet and the que is over 4000 long. Not only that, but I have waited in line and it still doesn’t work. The que gets stuck at 3, and just sits there forever.

The que alone would be bad enough, but even after waiting I apparently am literally not allowed to make a game right now. Help?

when it get stuck at near 0 , game is created but you have to join manually. Just press escape and join your game as if someone else has created it.
