The account you are posting here with has those CD-Keys claimed. You can use those to install Diablo II by visiting the account management page on eu.battle.net, click on games and subscriptions and download the game there.

Of course you can use them. Visit the page as I described above, with the account you are posting here with and the keys and download option are in the classic section.

Can you please help me with informing me first how to make a post with screenshoots and txt files? Guys from support told me i need report it here. And that they also think this is serios, but they cant do anything about it.

Yes, that is what I mean. If you click on the download link, an option to switch between the OS should appear.

I can to the ticket, but i dont know how to do it on forum. I see just option for hyperlink? And if you can answer me on my post, so i can reply you there with attached files and further tekst. ( ofcourse if i manage to do it, because i still cant figure out how to attach files to a post ) Because i cant reply unless i get reply from someone else.

As far as I can see, those keys were added by the account owner of the account you are posting with here back in the past to enable the download and store those CD-Keys.
That is how they ended up in the Battle.Net Account you are posting with here.

Alright, I think there is some confusion here. Let’s try to get this sorted. I’ll recap this:
- The account you are posting here with has CD-Keys for Diablo 2 and the expansion added on eu.battle.net
- The keys can be found on eu.battle.net → Games and Subscriptions down in the “Classic Games” section. Here you can find the CD-Keys that are needed for the installation of the game. You can also find the option to download either the Mac and Windows client here

Just use the links Kiemmaki posted for that other guy for Games & Subscriptions. If the keys are redeemed in your account they stay there forever and you can see them. If there are no keys and no download option means you never redeemed them and therefore they can’t help.

I have a similar problem. I have my cd-keys but I can’t access bnet. The solution described above does not help me because I cannot use cd-keys but only a license key. What can I do to be able to play on bnet without buying new keys?
ok, problem solved. I just had to convert my 16 character cd-kay to a license key on my account page.
Okay I have also the same problem, I have bought… Diablo 2 & LoD and I do not have my CD keys from my old games, I downloaded new and I’m without CD- Key’s . not sure why there’s no prompt or information given to the client to fix up the issue that many are having, non the less I’m at the install area and have no CD keys… please hook me up with a valid CD key, ps I have read all this thread and followed the links posted still having issues finding the part where is says CD KEY
Where do I subscription classic D2 ? I have the 16 Keys but DOWNLOAD Installer asks for 26 KEY and redeemer stated KEY was already redeemed ?
Try to link you CD-key to your account first.
Once this is done, you should find the game under the ‘Classic’ tab.
Next to the game name, you should find a 26character license key which you can copy-paste in the downloaded game client where you have to put the 26charactes.
