Diablo 2 LOD VPN Restriction and new license keys

Hello,

  I was playing Diablo 2 Lod with my usual  battlenet account when, I got restricted after forgetting to turn off my vpn.

 Then I created a new battlenet account (the one I'm using for creating this topic), went on to buy Diablo 2 and Lod, getting new license keys in the process.

Next, I downloaded the diablo 2 and lod clients, uninstalled locally, then installed again with the new license keys.

But even with the new installation, I am still banned. And apparently those vpns bans are for two weeks, that's why I bought another set of keys in the first place. So did I spread the restriction from one account to another ? Do I have to wait 2 weeks for my fresh game too ?
