Diablo 4 cant refund?

I apologise if this is not the place for this but i dont know where else to post.

I constantly get an instant crash, i’ve tried reinstalling three times, updating/backrolling any graphics/windows updates that I needed to do, everything online suggested this would fix the issue but it hasn’t worked for me, I haven’t even gotten to a loading screen yet , I understand you are aware of this issue which is good so once it is fixed I will purchase the game again, i have requested a refund already and i got a reply saying “A manual review is necessary. You will need to submit a ticket”. can I please get a refund?

Provide the requested information and, in the Description box, say that you would like to ask for a refund. Also provide a list of all the troubleshooting you have tried so far.

Hi, I have already submitted 2 tickets and I got the same reply on both of them “A manual review is necessary. You will need to submit a ticket”, I will try the link you sent.
