Diablo 4 Mount Download

Hi, I’m new here. I hope I’m posting this in the right forum category. It’s probably a silly question but…

I recently got Diablo 4 on Xbox. With it came a code to get the Light-Bearer Mount + Caparison of Faith Mount Armour. I went to blizzard.com/code on my computer and entered the code. It then said “Code successfully redeemed. You can start your download next time you log in to the Battle.net app”. There is no Battle.net app on my Xbox. I have it on my computer and phone though. But I don’t want the Mount downloaded there obviously. I have the game on Xbox. Is the Mount and Armour now on my Xbox? Will it be downloaded on my Xbox once I am in the game? I haven’t started playing it yet. I have looked around on my account on Battle.net but I find nothing about this download. I’m guessing the mount will be available in the game when I reach that point in the game? I appreciate any info on this :slight_smile:

No, you’re not. This forum is for technical support on Blizzard’s Classic Games – legacy games such as Diablo II (2000).

As for the remainder of your post… my suggestion would be to ask other players on the Diablo IV forums… in General Discussion Console most probably. If you don’t get an answer there… try Technical Support, but that’s usually more for crashes and disconnects.

It’s possible you will get an answer here… some of the Forum Support Agents who post here also post on the Diablo IV forum. And some players, who are lost in the mazes of Blizzard forums, end up here… Someone might know what the answer to your question(s) is.
