I wanted to get a refund on Diablo 4 because my pc cant seem to handle it although the system requirements state otherwise it keeps regualrly freezing or crashing after i try to load my character into the game. It is stated in the main city and i cant even move. I have already made 2 tickets and it keeps telling me the same “A manual review is necessary. You will need to submit a ticket.” The ticket numbers are as stated: EU89726987, EU89726055

Two things you could try:
- if one of the tickets is still active (ie, they haven’t been closed by Blizzard), you could try replying to it and ask for a manual review – you should be able to access your tickets at https://eu.battle.net/support/en/help/case; or
- send in a new ticket here: https://eu.battle.net/support/en/help/contact/2120/ticket… fill it out as you would normally (including providing the Diagnostic files) except, in the Description box, say that you want a refund because the game does not work. Also provide the 2 ticket numbers in the Description box.
The ticket system is slower than usual… it may take longer than the usual 24 to 48 hours before you get some sort of a reply. Hang tight… if you get a ticket number, you will get an answer.
