Diablo II battle net unresponsive after incorrect password

Hi everyone,

I fancied getting back into some online games on D2. I have made and verified an account a few weeks ago, but i forgot my password, it said it was incorrect so i sent for an email to reset it… which hasn’t come. Now when I try other passwords, nothing happens, it just says please wait, but does nothing.

It does seem like this is not an IP restriction at least.

It could be that your email provider is blocking the Password Reset emails or it’s being filtered to Spam/Junk.

Please make sure that our email address noreply@blizzard.com is added to the safe list for your email account. This is most easily done by sending an empty email to our address, which automatically adds the address to your contacts and will make sure any future emails from us goes to your inbox.

Once that is done try the reset again, should that not work you need to contact Customer Support who can help change the email on your Diablo II account.
