Dear Support

No other way to contact you, so using this way.
I am not able to find Diablo Immortal on the Google Play or Apple AppStore anymore, here in Belgium.

This sounds like an intentional choice from Blizzard.
Could you please respond with reasoning?

Maybe ‘google play’ banned DI becuz of its gamble-like monetization…? There’s a law in Belgium that prohibits such games.
Hope blizzard finds a way around this.

Yes I guess it’s because of the law but I’m sure there must be a way for blizzard to find a solution. The law is about lootbox and we can buy thousands of lootboxes on so many games (all supercell games and so much more) but we could not play DI … that is ridiculous. Please blizzard help us, we want to play DI!

Perhaps Blizzard could arrange it so that we are not able to buy legendary crests, but still can play the game?
I know Apex Legends did something similar

It would be great. The problem here is that we have no official information. How can we get the official reason of this? And how can we know they are working on a solution? Is there a way to contact them?

Now the game is not available in Netherlands either and I can still not find any official news.

3 years off waiting for this game and then another year on top and now 2 weeks before launch they come with this crap… Who came up with this idea and won the annual let’s shit on our customers award this year at blizzard?

The game is pay2win, who cares ? If you want to lose some money might I suggest throwing it out the window instead.
