Hi, I can’t log in to Diablo Immortal. I log in normally through Battle.net, but my character won’t log in. I’m seeing the “create a new character from scratch” screen, as if I’ve never played the game and never created one. Please help, as I’ve already created a lot of stuff there and don’t want to start over.
