Hello. I have Battle.net installed on my computer but I don’t like it to pop up at Windows startup. Can I disable it?

Yes.
On the Battle.Net Desktop App, click the blue Battle.Net logo in the upper left corner and select “Settings”. On the App tab, towards the bottom, you will find the “Startup” section.
Uncheck the box that says “Launch Battle.Net when I launch my computer” to prevent Battle.Net from launching, as in this screenshot:

You can also launch Battle.Net but have it minimized in the system tray area at launch… put a check mark in both boxes.
Then click Done to close the window.
