Today, I (33) and my girlfriend (21) were looking for a guild to raid together with. This was a Turkish guild we found. First everything was fine, it was a nice cozy chat with their officer. We talked about games, wow and stuff. Then we exchanged our expectation, everything was a perfect fit for both sides. Then I happened to try to make something crystal clear. I told him about my gf’s age and asked him if anyone in guild would behave like she is a kid. The reason is, he told me that guild’s age average is really high. He said “We don’t welcome neither this idea nor such people with that age gap between their partners”. I asked what’s wrong with it, after all we didn’t start dating before she was a major, or mature. We’ve been together for a year. Even though I explained it, which I shouldn’t be in a position that I have to. He called me “groomer bitch” and blocked. First time happening to me. Weird, where is this community going Blizzard?
