This is certainly doable as there are quests that add an item as a cloak even when shapeshifted.
So it would be nice if we could also see all these new cosmetic cloaks in our shapeshifted forms, because right now we don’t have any incentive to collect them as they are almost never visible.
Those plague vials would look awesome in my green-ish bear!
