i tried rerolling maximum life on my sword and it had 3 possible rolls, Maximum life, %dmg and strength. it took 9 ENTIRE ROLLS to get one single %dmg which gave me lowest roll. Took another 6 failed rolls without getting it before i realized i was out of gold because this RNG system is highly expensive. Can blizz please fix this or are some stats lower% chance to get? Typical blizz
