Greetings , So i have logged into Battle.net and i had 2 updates , 1 for Retail and 1 for The Shadowland’s PTR, i updated the PTR but i couldn’t do the same for the Retail , it kept on telling me that there is an
Error Code:BLZNBNTAGT00000840.
so i have followed the instruction on how to fix it , and i have followed all the steps , From Restarting my pc, Repair tool to Uninstalling / Reinstalling the game , and unfortunately nothing worked.
and then i did some research on the Error Code , i’ve found an article with a Respond from a Game Master that Said to check the Task Manager etc… i did everything the GM said and still nothing works.
