I was wondering if you could help me.
I have no mail in my mailbox however, I cannot faction change.
I saw some posts about this bug and the GM’s were able to purge the users mailboxes.
is this still possible ?.

This forum is for technical support on Blizzard’s Classic Games — legacy games such as Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos. This is the wrong forum for World of Warcraft.
World of Warcraft (all versions) has its own forums and you need to use those for any issue with that game.
