Hi there, I fell through the world and was disconnected. Now I can’t login to my character. I’ve tried the character move service but it isn’t working either.
The character is Vaanok on Doomhammer server.

this happens to me as well. I can’t contact support because:
step 1: go to contact support page
step 2: input your issue in the text box so they can suggest solutions
step 3: solution to my problem is to contact support, so i click it and it take s me back to step 1. This is an infinite loop, how do you expect this to work?!
I even submitted a bug and i heard nothing from it. I can’t connect to this character for 3 days now. Why do I pay for this if not to play?
