Ok so new around here never thought i would be making a post here.
But i have been farming Tomb of Sargeras and i have the mythic head piece of the fanged slayer set in my inventory right now but its not showing up as a transmog this has happen a few times with other items as well i thought it was a class thing.
But its not i have other mythic pieces for this set and others that has been put on the Appearance list.
And before anyone ask I have 0, no addons at all not even one.
