Fetching build configuration

Hello, my Blizzard App is stuck at Fetching build configuration at 0%, tried this for the last 2 hours.

This is for WoW Classic.

Hi there Raleman,

Can you try the following steps to see if they help correct the issue:

  1. Press windows key + R > Type %programdata% > Click OK > Delete the Battle.net and Blizzard Entertainment folders

  2. Press windows key + R > Type %appdata% > Click OK > Delete the Battle.net folder

  3. Press windows key + R > Type %localappdata% > Click OK > Delete the battle.net and Blizzard Entertainment folders

Once deleted, make sure you right click and run the Battle.net App as Administrator and it should fix your issue.
