Hello
I came to play this evening and saw as usual and I received an email that my account was banned for this reason:
- Offense: Exploitative Activity: Unauthorized Cheat Programs (Hacks)
Then they gave me some links to read!
I read all the rules and made sure that I didn’t do anything wrong. Maybe I was reported by other players because I always fight and kill bots because I believe they are corrupting the game.
I have been playing on my account for more than 7 years and this is really strange to me. Why should I be banned because I didn’t do anything wrong?
The only thing that comes to my mind is that Blizzard’s anti-cheat bot makes mistakes sometimes.
So how can I follow up on this now? I am really heartbroken by this.
