Friend Request Problems

I’m trying to add friends to the Battle Net mobile app and can’t see anything that been sent to me even though friends have scanned my qr code and also sent me friend requests with my game tag but I’m just not receiving anything from them even though all of my profile is set public, any help to rectify this issue would be greatly appreciated.

This forum is for providing feedback on the Battle.Net launcher to Blizzard… and Blizzard rarely replies here.

A few alternatives you could consider…

  • Post on the Battle.Net Mobile Bug Report forum; Blizzard does not reply there very often but did get involved at the end of March when there was a problem with the friends list;

  • Post on the Desktop App Tech Support forum; I suggest you specify in your title that this is a Battle.Net Mobile App issue;

Specify the make and model of your mobile device, as well as the OS version. List any troubleshooting you may have tried already. Have you tried using a different network, if available ? If you are using a VPN, can you temporarily turn off the VPN and check if that helps.

If you have a PC, does the issue also exist on the PC version of the Desktop App ?
