Saw a post on reddit about this. this was the answer from a ticket the guy made:
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us regarding he issues you are seeing with Xbox Game pass.
We are aware that some users are having difficulties playing Diablo IV, connecting their Xbox to battle.net, or missing some of the benefits within Overwatch. This is currently under investigation by our engineers and hopefully you will be able to play as normal soon.
Sadly, we do not have a timeframe we can provide you. For now, we thank you for your patience and understanding.
