Game start Laggs only at the Begin of the Game and after its Normal again why?

My Games Laggs when i freshly start the Game new evrytime at the Begin for strange reason i dont know, i fixxed it a while ago but it start again

What happned when i fixxed ? : Deleted a few Games (Pirated Games)
