Getting stuck in a ticket loop asking for a refund on Modern Warfare

Dear Blizzard staff,

I pre-ordered Call of Duty Modern Warfare last week and thought it would run on my PC. It simply won’t. I ran all possible checks and options to see if it is possible through the current tech support available. I have made a ticket to request a refund.

Ticket EU68087824. It was closed by an automatic service or an employee with the response that I need to re-open a new ticket for review by a Blizzard employee. I tried this 3 times but I keep getting the same respone on ticket EU68087907, EU 68098609 and EU68098669. I would really like to get this game refunded please.

I have the same problem!! Horrible.
Today i bought the game call of duty black ops 4 for 60 euro. A few hours later when it was downloading i found out it was the wrong Call of duty black ops! I wanted to buy black ops cold war. Because i didn’t play call of duty for a loooong time, i thought call of duty black ops 4 and call of duty black ops cold war where the same thing.
I want my money back so i can buy cold war. Or if you can delete black ops 4 for me and give me cold war.
