GLIDE3-to-OpenGL-Wrapper (Sven's Glide Wrapper)

Hi guys
Just returned to D2 of obvious reasons. Does anyone FOR SURE know if GLIDE3-to-OpenGL-Wrapper (Sven’s Glide Wrapper) is legal or not? Is it in line with Blizzard’s ToS? Bannable?
If you just “think” or “have experienced no problems” or something like that, then I cant use your answer. Can someone actually confirm anything? Thanks in advance!
