I need help with real human check my support tickets, i dont need a bot that only close my tickets

My ban is for hacking/botting
I am sorry for my bad English, but i got ban on my 4 accounts for nothing and only bots are closing my tickets without any attention
I did not use any 3th party programs or bots or macros or multibox or bad addons
i USED only my hand and 1 ingame macros /follow “character name”
All i did past week is level up my characrters 1-64(64 got banned live when i exp in SlavePens AOE boosting) in dungeons like SM Strat Mara Slave Pens
I did quests 1-10 and another time i was ONLY AH/tavern/instance leveling
I did not trade, did not write chat (sometimes used LFG chat to find booster for leveling)
I dont have good equip and dont have gathering professions for botting so i cant be a bot XD
i was ONLY leveling and wanted to make it fast and got fast banned at lvl 64 
You can check all my accont logs, that i spend my time at instanses and actually i have a time when im offline and go sleep/playing another games ( my accounts was not 24/7 in game OFC)
Multiaccounting as absolutely legal if you dont use multibox and make movement by your own hands or ingame macroses - thats was i doing all time
Pls help me with my problem and check logs/ charcacter leveling and make sure that im not a bot just real human that likes to play with alts
