Battle.net says i have to buy the game again, even though i have already played the multiplayer and i also have played to the campaign.
I also have all the characters that you get by playing the campaign.
Its kinda annoying and i really would like to get back to the Damascus grind.
Chances are you may have accidentally logged in on the wrong account perhaps?
Customer Support can ideally help you relocate the account if you still have the order information, of perhaps if you ask your friends about the Battletag they see in their friends list it may be different. This can also be used to locate the account.
