Horrifying experience with my account

I’m (was) a Diablo 4 player since its release. Played normally until Sep. 22nd, next day my account was suddenly locked and then comes the nightmare. At first I thought it’s some account bug or something due to implementation of new season 10 at Sep 24th, but ever since I couldn’t recover my account despite “efforts” from Blizzard support team. I was prompted to provide them information which by the way most of them was pretty tough to even understand what they want from me or where and how to find the stuff they need. In short, I commited a crime against myself, hacked my own account xD. The conversation was 1 message per day and they asked me the same info all over again, found myself in loop. Even after I screenshotted them my email purchase receipt confirmation, to verify the ownership, nothing has been done. The account remains “blank” like I never owned the game (+ expansion). All I can do is to play trial (base game fresh start) for 1-2 more days and that’s it folks xD. If any of you ever encounter the same issue, I can assure you, say goodbye to your game(s) or repurchase them again in order to continue playing! And to make things more sweet, they bombard my email these 2 days with commercials of their games like - go on boy, give us money so that we can lock you down xD. Anyway, damn terrible experience, sincerely hope this won’t happen to anyone!
