Players in early access made dungeons much more enjoyable. PUGing content was generally enjoyable, compared to the ‘general’ access.
Blizzard introduced a few interesting mechanics in dungeons this expansion, yet people struggle to get a grasp of it, even now. Dawnbreaker and City of Threads are the best examples of this.

You don’t say what game this is for… but the reference to the “City of Threads” makes it look like it could be World of Warcraft. If so, you need to use the correct channels if you want the WoW Team to see your feedback…
