In phase 4 getting runes from previous phases is real problem, some of them require groups or dungeon runs which no one is doing at this phase. Is anyone able to tell if Blizzard is going to implement some changes in a way we get runes from previous phases. Also I would like to address that getting runes on every alt is very time consuming. I hope Blizzard will free us from “rune discoveries” and make actual new content instead of keeping us from playing different characters because of this constraint.
