How to get a refund - Follow these steps

Refund Steps:
Visit https://us.battle.net/support/en/help
Click “COD Modern Warfare.”
Click “Payments” (If you don’t see payments, click “I would rather categorize the issue.”
Click “Request a refund” or “Refunds.”
Select the reason for refund as “Tech issues” or whatever you want.
You get refunded.

Refund Conditions:
Did not even start or play the game.
Refund only available for 3 days after you bought it. It seems any play time won’t get you a refund.

In simple terms open a support ticket and choose REFUND as an option. Have your order number on hand if the game is not a core Blizzard game it won’t be selectable, the system will claim you don’t have any elegable orders. Appeal with the link and paste that order number it. honestly Blizzard it shouldn’t be this hard to get a refund, we should all be upset with this process. it should be a heck of a lot smoother and clear.
