How to respond to noreply support - account hacked

I raised few tickets now to recover my account to support. Each time i get an email from Blizzard support where they ask for a new email. However, it is sent via noreply email address? how can i respond to the GM [redacted] or GM [redacted]? there is no instructions on how to reply.

You cannot reply to a specific GM… the system is not setup to do that.

As you pointed out, the e-mails from Blizzard are from some noreply e-mail address… and, as you probably figured out, replying to those e-mails is useless because they never see your reply.

Instead, you need to create a new ticket; in that new ticket, you need to refer to the ticket number of the original ticket… and provide the information that they asked for.
