This forum is exclusively dedicated to collecting feedback on the Battle.net launcher.

Any problems with purchases should be discussed with the support via ticket instead. Perhaps there was a problem during the payment procedure? These things are not openly discussed in the forum.

Btw, what game are you talking about? E.g. all CoD games can be found under “Call of Duty” category.
