I can't do anything in Battle.net. ERROR BLZBNTBNA00000005

I have had this problem with the program for a week. When starting it I always have to log in, and then I get a banner saying “The Battle.net Update has fallen asleep. Let’s try to wake it up…” along with a link to where I can fix the error, but I still can’t.

If anyone has experienced this and has been able to solve it, I would be very grateful if you could tell me how you did it. Thanks.

If that does not solve it, you should probably post in the Desktop App Tech Support forum or contact Blizzard Support directly by submitting a ticket .

There seems to be several players with that error at this time… and this forum here is for submitting feedback on the Battle.Net Desktop App to Blizzard, not for getting support.

I have got the same issue since 2 days. All troubleshooting workflows doesn`t work. Has anyone the same issue?
