I can't launch Warcrat III Reforged on my Mac Pro Late 2013

Hi,
I’ve purchased the game but I’m not able to launch it. I will update it, then press play but it won’t launch and then it asks for an update again.

Is there any way, to fix that? Or should I just ask for a refund?
