At start, i’m playing this game on pc. I got same issue on this morning and i searched this problem everywhere. Eveyone says this is server connection problem. So i checked Twitch, people in US are still playing. So i tried to VPN to change my location EU to America. It worked and i am still playing with my EU character. I have a bit lagg problem for now but it can playable. You guys can try to VPN. it worked on me. If its work for you or if you find another solution, please reply here for another people. Thanks.
