Please, for your own security, edit your post (use the pencil tool under it) and remove your e-mail… Blizzard already has it on file and writing it here provides info to potential hackers.
When they wrote to you, did they ask for additional information ?
If they did, you need to create a new ticket, refer to the ticket number of your first ticket, and then provide the information that was requested.
Otherwise, you’re in a queue… and the waiting time will vary with the length of that queue. You need to wait since nothing can be done on the forums.
