I want to unpin the authenticator, because I lost access to it, I wrote a support ticket, they wrote to me, the gamemaster will write “soon”, but nothing happens. Please, for your own security, edit your post (use the pencil tool under it) and remove your e-mail… Blizzard already has it on file and writing it here provides info to potential hackers.

When they wrote to you, did they ask for additional information ?
If they did, you need to create a new ticket, refer to the ticket number of your first ticket, and then provide the information that was requested.

Otherwise, you’re in a queue… and the waiting time will vary with the length of that queue. You need to wait since nothing can be done on the forums.
