Identical loot?

Hello,

I managed to get my alt to 90 last night before reset. I managed to do all the weekly content and get the weekly loot boxes and upon opening those yesterday and today I have received 7 identical weapons in 2 sets 4x deep hunter repeater and 3x preyseekers longbow.

Is this even normal ??? There is 15 possible slots on a character which this can give loot for and I managed to get the same slot with same item across 2 weeks ???

Has anyone experienced this ? I tried submitting a ticket, but the people responding to them doesnt seem to understand the issue and keep referring to lost loot …
