If I link my PS4 Account to my Blizzard account do I get all the Blizzard games I have on my Playstation(e.g. Overwatch)? To further explain; If I link my PS4 account to my blizzard will I get lets say overwatch on my computer for free?

Blizzard games exist independently on the different platforms and linking your accounts won’t automatically grant games on other platforms. You can read more about this here: Can I Play Cross Platform.
