So… Yesterday I posted a forum post about my issue Saying that my WoW litteraly broke and I cannot play the game at all cause I’m stuck in an infinite loop of scan and repair. And no matter what I tried I couldn’t find anything that help on their customer support page or on the forums. I have both opened a ticket (about 20 hours ago at the time of writing this) and a forum post (about 22 hours ago at the time writing this. I haven’t heard anything about the ticket, at all. Though I did get an answer on my forum post saying that I should reply on the same post with some computer files so that they might figure out my issue from that. I posted that about 20 mins later after the Blizzard employee had replied to my initial post, and it has now been 15 hours since I’ve heard anything. I’m scared that if I finally get a reply on my reply on my other post and it doesn’t fix my issue, do I then have to wait over ANOTHER DAY for you to reply and, try, to help me. And if this continues and you can’t fix my problem will this continue for multiple days… Blizzard, we pay so much money to play this game you have created, we love the game, (most of the time) so please if someone is litterally unable to play the game because of an issue, please, please help them out ASAP cause it’s sad to see you wasting time replying with standard anwsers to shitty comments like “What a dogshit ass game” instead of actually helping the people who need it. so please help me and others who are in the same situation. I know this properly won’t solve much, I just needed to get this out of my system.
